Movement is medicine (especially after 35)
Ya know that feeling when you wake up feeling like you fell down a flight of stairs in your sleep
Ankles stiff, back tight, neck frozen
You haven’t even made it to the bathroom yet and you already feel 20 years older.
It’s not just you.
After 40, the body doesn’t bounce back the same way it used to.
But here’s the good news: movement is medicine.
And no, that doesn’t mean crushing intense workouts.
It means consistent, simple movement that sends your body the message: “Hey, I still need you.”
A few minutes a day—deep squats, gentle hangs, slow hip openers, or even just a 15 minute walk —can wake up your joints, boost circulation, and rewire how your body moves and feels.
It’s not magic.
It’s momentum.
If you need help knowing where to start, my YouTube channel has a bunch of videos that give you a lot of different options.
Start with just one.
Your body will thank you.
